Shipping policy

Our processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

What if my package was lost or stolen?

Yahweh University is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask that you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before they leave our facility. Lost/stolen packages are nonrefundable. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship items internationally at this time (but look forward to the future!)
